T. Rex was a British glam rock band whose career spanned from 1968-1977. The main lineup for the group consisted of guitarist/vocalist Marc Bolan, percussionist Mickey Finn, bassist Steve Currie, and drummer Bill Legend. Their original lineup as Tyrannosaurus Rex consisted of Bolan and percussionist Steve Peregrin Took.
